Three Little Bakers Plum Run Pond 1 This pond is on the now defunct Three Little Bakers Golf course. The pond is loaded with bluegill, Bass are in there too. Use plastics off the bottom for bass. There is also a tree line, thats not very accessible during summer. The bass are likely all up and down that side of the pond. I will try from there in the fall or winter.  Carousel Farm Park Pond Carousel Park offers one of the biggest ponds in New Castle County to fish at. Its a nice big pond that holds bass and bluegill. The best spots for bass are towards the deeper end of the pond by the dam. Use plastics and frogs for bass. The pond is loaded with bluegill, you can practically catch them on a hook and bobber!
